momolist (“the App”) is a personal journaling and productivity application designed to help users track their daily thoughts, tasks, and pinned moments.

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data.

By using the App, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal information on external servers.

All content you create including notes, pinned items, tasks, or photos is stored locally on your device only using Apple’s SwiftData storage.

The App does not require:

• account creation
• email address
• name
• login of any kind

We do not track, profile, or identify users.

2. Local Data Storage

All user-generated content (journal entries, tasks, pinned text or photos) is kept only on your device.

It is not uploaded, shared, synced, or transmitted to any server controlled by the developer or third parties.
