Notice: Scendrop is currently in a soft-launch phase and available on the App Store. A formal legal entity has not yet been incorporated. By using Scendrop, you acknowledge that the Service is operated by an individual founder for early market validation. All data is handled with care and in compliance with applicable privacy and consumer protection laws.

Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Scendrop ("Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Scendrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Scendrop is currently operated by an individual founder based in South Korea. A legal entity (e.g., Scendrop, Inc.) may be established in the future. Until such time, all operations are conducted individually for testing and development purposes.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

• You must be at least 13 years of age to register for or use Scendrop. If you are under the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (e.g., 16 in the European Union), parental or guardian consent may be required.
• A confirmation of age (13+) is required at the time of registration.
• Scendrop does not knowingly collect personal data from users under the age of 13.
• Accounts found to be in violation of this age restriction may be suspended or permanently deleted without notice.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

• Accounts are created using an email address and password. No third-party sign-in providers (e.g., Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In) are currently supported.
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least one numeric digit.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Impersonation, the use of false information, or the creation of multiple accounts for abusive purposes is strictly prohibited.
• You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the in-app account management settings or by contacting [email protected].

4. Account Privacy Settings

• You may set your account to Public or Private at any time through the Settings menu.
• Public accounts: Any user may follow you, and your content (subject to individual content visibility settings) is discoverable on the Platform.
